Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest — Feral Edition vs Standard
I kept seeing “Feral Edition” treated as if it added a campaign. It does not. Trailmark’s own pack description, and the Wikipedia summary that quotes it, call the extra content bonus features and cosmetic accessories. If you only want the four clan stories, the standard edition is the one I would buy.
What you pay
The US console Feral Edition price checked on 25 October 2026 was 39.99 USD. Steam sold it as a bundle at 39.58 USD, marked 12 percent off the sum of the parts. Buying the game and the Prophecy Pack separately was 44.98 USD, so the bundle saved 5.40 USD on Steam and 4.99 USD on consoles. Compared with the 29.99 USD standard edition alone, Feral costs an extra 9.59 USD on Steam or 10.00 USD on consoles.
What is in the pack
- 8 creator parts
- 12 wearable accessories
- A cel-shaded skin
- 4 photo poses
- 4 photo effects
It does not add a story, a fifth clan, a map, or an experience boost. The name Prophecy Pack sounds like plot. The official claim steps are all inside the cat creator and the accessory bag.
Physical Feral copies
Retail links at launch pointed PlayStation 5 Feral to GameStop and Switch Feral to Best Buy, Target, and Smyths in the UK. Switch 2 physical stock showed up in UK and European listings, not in the US retail links I followed. I would not treat a blank Switch 2 eShop release-date field as a delay. That field was empty on a listing that was otherwise on sale.
Worth it only if you want the cosmetics. That is an editorial judgment, not a studio claim. The saving versus buying both items separately is not the same as the additional cost over the standard game.
