Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest — Is It Open World?
The Steam and Trailmark descriptions do not market the game as an “open world.” They name six iconic locations and travel across territories. Together with reviews of regional exploration and outposts, that supports describing a region-based adventure. It does not establish the loading technology or prove whether every boundary is seamless.
The six places
- ThunderClan’s dense forest
- RiverClan’s marsh
- ShadowClan’s dark pine swamp
- WindClan’s open moor
- Moonpool
- The Island
The Steam achievement Adventurous Soul asks you to find 46 places on that map. Reviews describe the space as large and maze-like, with outposts used as fast travel. You can climb, stalk, follow a scent, and solve small environmental puzzles. Nobody has published a square-kilometer size, so I will not invent one.
This is an interpretation of the official wording and reported exploration, not a first-hand map test. No verified map area, boundary-loading test, or promise of seamless travel is available here. Do not read the absence of an open-world label as proof of a particular technical map layout.
