I went looking for a denial or a confession, because “AI” is one of the biggest non-title searches around this game. The sourced answer is narrower than the rumor. Carlos Salazar, Bamtang’s lead game designer, told Peruvian press that the team used AI tools for summaries, visual reference search, and programming lookup, and that people checked the results. He said the art was made by hand.

Community votes and uncited rumors do not establish which assets were generated.
